...we just want to use your home. in the early church and in the beginning stages of methodism there were no "churches" there were only people's homes. not only did this allow faith to exist in the home and the world, but members got to know the families who hosted, making for a more complete body of Christ.
...we would also ask you to provide a small snack supper for around 5-10 members, whom will all chip in $2 to help offset the cost. if money is a problem, we don't want that to stop you and we will gladly pay you back for the meal.
